Sasazu will create a unique menu and deliver an exclusive dining experience for ten people at their Chef’s Table.
Chef Shahaf Shabtay’s inspiration comes from his years of cooking and travelling in Asia, his recollections of the streets of Southeast Asia, local life, food, culture and customs.
Sasazu is based on five techniques and elements of Asian cooking – Sambal, Otak Otak, Flame, Roti and Tai Tai Grill, all are based on the freshest ingredients.
